- Payment information — processed by our payment provider. We receive transaction details and confirmation only; we never see or store your full card number.

- Design content — the prompts you type, reference images you upload, generated artwork and the layout you save to your vault.

Where it comes from
Directly from you, automatically from your device as you use the Services, and from the service providers we engage to run payments, printing, shipping and hosting on our behalf.

- Provide the Services — process payments, generate artwork, fulfil and ship orders, handle returns and exchanges, maintain your account and vault, and send order and tracking notifications.
- Improve the Services — understand what drops land and fix what doesn't.
- Marketing — only if you opt in. You can unsubscribe from any email at any time.
- Security and fraud prevention — authenticate your account and detect abuse.

Who we share it with
- Payment processor — to take payment and issue refunds.
- Print and fulfilment partner — receives your artwork, garment choice and shipping address so they can produce and post your order.
- Carriers — for delivery and return labels and tracking.
- AI model provider — receives your prompt and any reference image in order to generate the design.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers — to store your account, designs and orders.
- Legal or corporate — where required by law, or in connection with a merger or sale of the business.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not run third-party ad tracking on you.
Your designs
Designs you save are private to your account unless you publish them to the community gallery. Public designs show the artwork and prompt — never your email, name or address. You can unpublish or delete a design at any time.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your cart, and understand basic usage. You can block cookies in your browser, but parts of the store may stop working.
Retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations. Order records are typically retained for seven years.
