Welcome to Flextee. "We", "us" and "our" mean Flextee. These Terms govern your access to and use of our website, store, AI design studio and related services (the "Services"), including all policies referenced here. By using the Services you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the Services.

1 — Access and account

You confirm you're at least the age of majority where you live, or have consent for any minor using the Services on your behalf. You agree to provide accurate information and are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Accounts can't be transferred or sold.

2 — Our products

We present products as accurately as we can, but variation happens through screens, lighting and print processes. Digital mockups are representations, not exact matches. Descriptions can change without notice and we may discontinue products or limit quantities.

3 — The AI studio & your designs

Artwork you generate is yours. Use it commercially, print it elsewhere, tattoo it on your arm — we claim no ownership and take no cut of what you do with it outside Flextee. Designs you publish to the gallery can be viewed and remixed by others; keep them private if you don't want that.

AI output is unpredictable. We don't warrant that a generated design is original, trademark-free, or fit for any purpose — that's on you. Don't submit prompts or reference images that infringe someone else's rights or are illegal where you live. Our print partner may reject a file at their discretion; if that happens we refund you in full. We don't otherwise police taste.

4 — Orders

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order. Orders aren't confirmed until payment is processed. We may cancel or modify orders for pricing or product errors, suspected fraud, or payment and fulfilment issues; if an order is cancelled after payment we refund in full. Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds policy.

5 — Prices and billing

Prices can change without notice. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout and confirmed in your order confirmation. Prices exclude taxes, shipping, duties and customs fees unless stated. You authorise the charges you incur.

6 — Shipping and delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. We're not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs or events outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you once the order is handed to the carrier. See Shipping for timings.

7 — Intellectual property

The Flextee name, branding, site design, copy and code are ours or our licensors'. Don't reproduce or redistribute them without written consent. This does not apply to artwork you generate, which is covered by section 3.

8 — Third-party tools and links

We may provide third-party tools and links "as is", without warranties. Use of them is at your own risk and subject to those third parties' terms.

9 — Feedback

Any feedback you send us may be used without restriction or compensation. You confirm your submissions don't violate anyone's rights.

10 — Errors and inaccuracies

We may correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions at any time, including after an order is placed.

11 — Prohibited uses

Don't use the Services for unlawful purposes, to violate rights, to scrape at scale, or to bypass security measures. Automated systems must identify themselves and respect usage restrictions. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

12 — Disclaimer of warranties

The Services and all products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free use.

13 — Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services or products. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid for the order in question.

14 — Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Flextee harmless from claims arising from your use of the Services, the content you submit, or your violation of these Terms.

15 — General

If any provision is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. These Terms are the entire agreement between us. You may not assign your rights; we may assign ours. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Flextee operates. Headings are for convenience only. We may update these Terms at any time and continued use means acceptance.
