Shipping

Every Flextee piece is created for you once your order is placed. That's how we keep drops limited and waste low.

Production time

2–5 business days. Orders are processed Monday–Friday. Peak periods may run slightly longer.

Delivery estimates

• United States: 3–7 business days after production
• International: 7–15 business days after production

Times vary by location, carrier and customs processing.

Shipping costs

Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, order size and carrier rates. Taxes, duties and customs fees on international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

Order tracking

You get a tracking number by email and in your account as soon as the label is created. Allow 24–48 hours for the carrier's first scan to appear.

Split shipments

Items in the same order may ship separately to get them to you faster. You'll get tracking for each.

Delays & carrier issues

We're not responsible for delays once a package is in transit — weather, customs and peak volume happen — but we'll always help chase it.

Incorrect address

We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If an order comes back to us due to an address error we can reship; additional shipping fees apply.

Lost or stolen packages

If tracking shows delivered but you can't find the parcel, check with neighbours and your carrier, then contact us within 7 days. If tracking stalls for 14 days, we reprint and reship at no cost.
