Flextee returns and exchanges
Every Flextee is printed on demand for one person, so we don't run a traditional restock. What we do run: fast, no-drama fixes when the fit is wrong or the print isn't right.
Sizing exchange — 30 days
Unworn, unwashed tee doesn't fit? Swap it for another size within 30 days of delivery. You cover return shipping; we print and ship the new size free.
Defects & misprints — free replacement
Cracked print, wrong art, wrong garment, or damage in transit: send a photo within 30 days and we reprint or refund. No return shipment needed.
Never arrived
If tracking stalls or the package is lost, tell us within 30 days of the last scan and we'll reship at no cost.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping is refunded only on defective or lost orders.
Not covered
- Worn, washed or altered tees (unless defective).
- Change of mind on a custom AI design after it enters production.
- Requests made more than 30 days after delivery.
